About This Event
The Southeast Kentucky Fair officially opens with KOI Motorcycle Racing on the grandstand track. The first fair held locally since before the 2020 pandemic, this is a historic opening night. Carnival rides by Paradise Amusements open at 4 PM.
This is a historic night — the first county fair held in Laurel County since before the 2020 pandemic. Gates open at 4 PM with the Paradise Amusements carnival midway running from the start.
KOI flat-track motorcycle racing takes over the grandstand at 7 PM, featuring local and regional riders competing for opening-night bragging rights.
Opening ceremonies at 6:30 PM include a ribbon-cutting with local officials and the newly crowned Fair Queen. Opening-night ride wristband specials are available at the main gate.
